As CEO of 5D Solar City and co-founder of 5D Gryphon Technologies, Svetlana drives innovation in solar energy, smart city development, and sustainable practices — applying the same standards of excellence that define the company's property management services.
Her early projects in Zanzibar gave her deep knowledge of international land acquisition and development, including local regulatory procedures and approvals — experience that now informs 5D Gryphon's approach to cross-border investment and development.
