For rental searches, we take the hassle out of finding the perfect home or investment. Once we’ve shortlisted the best options, we:

• Arrange and attend viewings for you or with you

• Negotiate directly with estate agents to secure the best terms and price

• Prepare and submit offers on your behalf

• Review tenancy agreements line-by-line to protect your interests

• Oversee inventory reports to confirm the property’s condition before move-in

With us managing every detail, your property search becomes a smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience—whether you’re moving in as a tenant or buying as an owner.

Our Timeframe

We typically secure rental accommodation within one month, which we recommend as the ideal search period for clients. However, if you need additional time to make your decision, we offer extended services at £400 per week + VAT for each extra week.

You only pay if we successfully secure a property for you.Payment is due upon the successful completion of the purchase—once all legal formalities are finalised and the transaction is officially closed.
